Triangle – A Business Central expert

Triangle, based in Spain, is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner, with a 100% focus on the cloud. They specialize in empowering Business Central users, particularly customers within finance and supply chain, to get the most out of their ERP system. Triangle works with customers at different stages of experience in the platform and builds long-term relationships with them.

For Triangle, who does not develop and maintain verticle addons in BC, inhouse, maintaining strong ISV partnerships is a key component of their business model.

How Triangle found Golden EDI

Initially, Triangle wasn’t focused on EDI solutions. In fact, they and many of their customers had avoided EDI, and they usually partner horizontally, avoiding industry-specific solutions. However, one of their customers, 3INA, had a growing need for an EDI solution, and Triangle needed to find a suitable partner who could provide this kind of integration, among others.

"One day, our client 3INA asked for an EDI solution. We needed to face it. So, we started researching and evaluating several options. Golden EDI stood out to us because of the product’s capabilities and because they, like us, are a growing company that focuses mostly on Business Central," Noemí Forton.

After a thorough evaluation of 3-4 potential partners, Triangle found Golden EDI to be the best match.

"Their solutions were both complex enough to handle our needs and simple enough to implement smoothly, and we saw that they could benefit many of our customers" Noemí Forton.

More success on the horizon

The future of the partnership between Golden EDI and Triangle looks bright. With several new projects in the pipeline, Triangle is confident that Golden EDI will continue to play an important role in helping their existing customers with new solutions.

"Existing customers are now asking for more advanced solutions. We’ve been discussing extended versions of the Golden EDI platform with Golden EDI’s consultants, and it’s exciting to see how these solutions could benefit many of our customers," Noemí Forton.

"As much as we evaluate the product, we need to evaluate the people we work with. The feeling should be mutual. Golden EDI’s product is great, but the team is even greater. We enjoy every aspect of working with them," Noemí summarizes.
