We offer support for Golden EDI according to our SLA which you can read a bit further down. We support each version for 5 years before they are retired at which point you can contact us for extended support of your specific version.

FAQ

What NAV version do you support?

We currently support NAV 2015, NAV 2016, NAV 2017 and NAV 2018 but we can downgrade and deliver fobs for NAV 2013 and NAV 2013 R2. We also support Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Is Golden EDI easy to implement?

Yes, with the help from our installation guidelines and the documentation it’s easy to setup and get started. We are also working hard to make it even easier.

What kind of communication protocols does Golden EDI support?

The most common communication protocols we use are FTP/FTPS (FTP over SSL), SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol), HTTP, AS2, SMS, SMTP

What kind of file formats do you support?

The most common file formats we support are EDIFACT, ESAP20, XML, JSON, Svefaktura, Sveorder BIS 28A, OIOUBL, CSV, SKV, Excel. We continuously develop new translators for new formats and are happy to assist you with new formats.

How is Golden EDI delivered?

Golden EDI is currently delivered as extension or a fob file. We offer help with the installation and configuration of Golden EDI.
